just came back from a holiday resort. went pretty lean at the start but th saw so many ripped people who dont go to the gym I can tell but look even beetter than the posted pic... one was working on buiulding a circus , another was just bringing fruits in a crave to a food fruit stall... very ripped bodies

LOL Genetics suck!!! I've been a personal trainer for 30 years. Few years back this guy comes in my office, built like a light heavy bodybuilder. Say's I want you to teach me how to lift weights. So I figure it's a joke my friends put him up to. I'm like yeah right! So I took him on. Dudes, Zero gym knowledge. Total Dumbass in the gym! I had him take his shirt off and he's like one pre contest diet away from the stage! I mean abs, major muscles, veins, the works. I trained him like a month and he lost interest. I think he realized he already looked better than everybody else in the gym. Got more pussy then any 10 men combined.
I hate genetics! Shit fuck!
