She looks big in the pic but is about 10 pounds now. She'll be 50-60lbs and about 24-26" at the shoulder..

Yes ,you know it... She is creating some stress, but the return on investment is hard to beat. Its been 2 years since I lost my daarlin pup of 15 years, and now on my 41st birthday.... Big Thanks to MS Knucklehed. she made it happen just like I wanted, as she always does. AllieJo, named after the daughter we lost 6 years back..

yeah the pec... Thanks for asking... I feel good. the pec sags about 1" and has 1" dimple near the tie-in, but I cannot complain. I can train hard but dont go so heavyon bench these days. Chest is actually fuller now then before. I still want to compete in the state powerlifting contest but just considering it... Squats and deads are the bomb for me...
Ms KH is have an AC joint repair in 3 weeks. She took a fall and has had a grade 3 seperated shoulder for 14 weeks and is finally going under the knife...
Just more time for her withe the pup

Sorry to hear about some of those things.......the loss in your lives. We've had some of that around here too. I also hope Mrs. Knucklehead's operation goes perfectly.

Your pec is fuller than before? That's terrific news! What changes did you make in your training..more dumbell benches with a parallel grip? More machine work? I am interested. I often think we get locked into a certain mindset when we don't need to. Look at GetBig27 on here...he's gotten a LOT bigger using machines and high reps...The Dave Puccinella thread is the same...he's doing sets of 20 reps and looks great.

Anyway, I'd love to hear what you've changed. Tell, your gal good luck and that I wish her well on the operation.
