He competed against Arnold at World's I believe, Arnold won tall class and overall and John won short classDude is peeled! I’m sure genetics play a big part, but I’ll bet it’s a lifetime of discipline and dedication that earned him that physique.
My guess is that someone who looks like that at his age probably didn’t have a lot of dirty bulks.
Surely at his age it's TRT only. I should hope so.Yeah, this guy always looks great. he's a true example of what bodybuilding should be all about. I wonder, if he only stays on TRT. He always looks very healthy.
I didn't even notice it. I had to page back and search the photos to find it.The gold jewelry looks ridiculous but the physique is inspiring!
Yeah multiple gold rings on a man...screams dbag. I’m sure this guy is the exception thoughI didn't even notice it. I had to page back and search the photos to find it.
WTF is wrong with you? You have a terrible attitude.Yeah multiple gold rings on a man...screams dbag. I’m sure this guy is the exception though

Plus, I think this bodybuilder may be of Italian origin and that ethnic group tended to wear more jewelry. So because he has many gold rings he must be a bad person?? It was very common in the 70's and 80's so he probably just carried it on because he likes the style. My grandad was the same.
I'd like to know what his diet and "supplement" regime has been like all of these years. Emeric on here is similar.Talk about longevity!
In the future not training legs, board shorts or tats may well be thought of the same way....go figure. The gold jewelry looks ridiculous but the physique is inspiring!
In his mid 50's here.
