its sick as hell great music playing all the time heavy ass dumbells i think they goto 240 100lb plates everywhere some big ass mofos lift there fred smalls works out of that gym a couple other guys that are sponsored by animal

Nice! I'm looking into checking a local spot by me for serious lifters as well. 24 Hour Fitness just isn't cutting it with my demand on weights to lift.
