My new trainer.

Well guys finally i got a new trainer, it doesnt mean taht my last trainer and best friend the former IFBB Pro Elvis Calderon was bad, but you know how this is, to get in to the next level you need to get involved with the best.

After talk with lots of people and even pay to other people i found the best choice and well remcomended by hes clients and high level athletes, Victor Martinez trainer, Victor Munoz.

Victor Munoz is a hard core trainer in the whole well known of the words hard core means. Hes dedicated to hes athletes and clients, taking care of each detail after study all the details you need to achieve new goals.

I can say that i am lucky to have Victor working how he says "re- shaping my body" and looking for the improvements to reach a new level.

One of our plans is to make home videos of our workouts to sell, with Victor Martinez and others top amateurs athletes in the end of January...So wait for this nice oportunity to get the latest methods of training that placed Victor Martinez in the 3rth place in the Mr. O.

I just got from Hany Rambod hes fees and nothing else. I think he is not expensive but i have had better feelling and closer people working with victor and watching their results.

There are a lot of different trainers: the ones that only train you, others take care about the diet, others do bouth things training and diet from off season to contest day, and others do everything and also they are coachs and help you in bussiness to be sucesfull in you carear like Victor does.

But no mather what they say or do or ask you to do, you have to fallow each order to the end, if you trust them and you are sure all the new knowledge and different things are good to achieve your goals and dont going top hurt you, and things make sense.

So HIT is resting for the moment and the new things are already working.
