Jethro Tull - planning on competing in a regional show in June 05. Taking time off now to address weak body parts. Since I am not a US citizen, I am not allowed to do any National shows.

I would like to thank Kit Kitson from MO, who helped me with my diet and dry out for both shows. This guy really knows his stuff and it really made a difference from what I have done in the past. PM me if you want his email add. (Kit won the overall title at the NPC MO championships in 2003).

All i want to know is when i get my card who is gonna take credit for it..? At 5 ft 6 in 217 lbs 11% i can up too 230 lbs 8% by July and do a show soon thereafter....i should have my card within 3 years and by then i will be a master..kickin ass and cleaning house !!!

Let me explain why

I said that ''This is my next winner". I didnt mean to offend anyone saying this, it is just that I was trying to pump him up for the show and let him know that I believed in him. I wanted to keep things positive. I wanted him to know that he can win this show. I didnt say it to show my training prowess, but people can think what they want to.

Phil, could take a lot more credit then he ever does. He's always putting it back on the person that acheived it and shifting attention away from himself. It's hard to judge intent by reading a short message
