My Nova journey

I was down to 263 on Sunday...This situation with John really has me thinking also with Covid back out here causing problems..Things are different right now..
But I do have some ideas to continue this log with...
Maybe very low dose sust and mast p.I am also thinking I will run 28 days later but instead of training 28 days in a row I will just train 3 or 4 days a week and follow the program that way..It's MD training..
Nova really does have great products.
 
Back up around 265 on Friday..

My thought is one ml of sust and half ml of mast p to start .I have some Cialis(legit)which I will be saving for those times in need ..

I realize the 28 days later programme calls for some equipment we don't have .but I did legs on Friday..
Legs..
Seated leg curls..
5 sets.
Leg ext..
4 sets.
Leg press.
4 sets.
Adductor.
2 sets.
Abductor.
2 sets.
Lying leg curls .
2 sets
 
I weighed 264 on Sunday.
So far so good with the sust and mast p.

All this death recently is krazy,people that I followed and watched their career before the internet..I started training in 1987 and been following this stuff for a long time..it used to be books,mags,and videos(vhs and later dvd).
I love training and even my bodyweight now is to much..not that I am huge by no means.Although I used to be in the 270-280 neighborhood.
I need to tighten up..

Covid is in my little girls school...so we are home for a bit...I am negative but trying to do the right thing...missing work too..this sucks.
 
I will continue on a low dose of test and less food until next weekend..
 
Ok..So I ended up w Covid as well my family..What a awful experience,I lost about 20 lbs in 3 weeks..
Time to get back right.
 
Well my weight is slowly coming back..I was down to 243 from 266..Been eating everything I can.That Covid is definitely real and no joke..I lost 20 lbs in two weeks..
I started Novas sust this week....I believe I will do two ml a week for now..
 
So I weighed 253 yesterday,which is up 10 lbs from last Saturday..can't believe I got down to 243...
I took 2 separate shots of sust(1 ml),I think I will add in mast p..so have a ml of each twice a week..
And I finally trained...my endurance and strength are way down..I was out with Covid for 3 weeks..

255 on the dot yesterday...I really need to work on getting my physique back right.. almost 2 weeks post Covid and finally starting to feel better .

2 weeks post Covid officially today...I went from 267 or before Covid to 243 2 weeks with Covid..Now as of today 255...which I feel I will try and stay around this weight or even a little lighter.Really focused on my training and getting my strength and endurance back I was away from the gym for 3 weeks..
I plan to just run 250 sust and 100 mast p and Nolva as needed..
I hit the gym yesterday and today,while I work construction through the week..I need one or two more days in the gym..been using stim free pre workout and kratom and it's been great..
 
So I trained Sat and Sun and I know I need a third and even a fourth day...But strength and endurance is coming back but still not at my normal..This is my 3rd week back at it,I was definitely trying to take this slow..
Loving the sust and mast p combo..I may need to up the mast and Nolva...my doses are very low..like 1.5 ml total a week...
All this death really freaks me out a bit..
But nonetheless I have been eating like crap and training 2 days a week...my weight is at 258 but I need to step it up..
 
As of yesterday I was 259...
I trained only twice due to my work schedule...
I did .75 ml of and .75 ml of mast p..
