Serious question, why haven't you maintained your physique better, you seem to be running something most of the year as I just went and read your Dutch log (whoever that is, I can't keep up with all these sponsors these days). I hope you don't take this post as me being a dick but your a pretty advanced guy, usually on some sort of gear (cruise or blast) why not keep up better with your training and especially diet, if you have been injured and I missed it then I apologize and disregard this post.From Sat..

It's a kind of a long story..but I did have a detached quad tendon in 2015 and in 2016 a stress fracture in my tibia plateau..Beyond that I stepped away from bodybuilding and training before the injury..
I haven't been onstage since 2008 and I have had some personal issues on and off in my life.
So I became that guy who would train 2-3 days a week with no nutrition..
Currently (the last year)I have been training more intensely and consistently, and just now getting my nutrition in order..
Believe me,I cringe when I see myself.But tbh it's me not taking charge and staying in control of all aspects in my life.
Prior to this year I just got big and chubby.So working on getting some fat off and getting my physique half way in order..
