My Nova log..

So I did a pretty lame leg session today..
My weight is holding steady,I was 248 today.
Still feel good,libido through the roof..
I did a little over 1 ml (1.25),and feeling a lil pip..
Feeling like after next week I may need to change a couple variables.

I'm ready to make a few changes..But things are going ok..

Back and bi's today.I am going to try and hit 4 to 5 days this week.Feeling great in the gym.Strength isn't there as much but I haven't been trying to push that either.
Literally forgot to weigh myself again..
Still rolling w the sust,I think where I am at w everything if I add anything I will keep things low to moderate just to see where I am with sides and all..

Trained legs today.I am trying to get back to BB squatting. Everything was pretty light today but moved through the sets and reps pretty quick and felt good throughout my whole session.I still get nervous about my knees..
I weighed 248 again today,a few lbs. Lighter than usual but ok..
About to be done viewing this dvd..But will be continuing my log.

I trained chest,delts and tri's today.i weighed 250 today .Krazy how bodyweight fluctuates at times!
Going to make some changes..

Trained back and biceps on Friday.
My weight was 253..
I will get a progress pic prob tommorow..
I am going to switch to test e and mast p,interested to see how things go from just sust. (Also going to try Nova cialis)
Also thinking I want to switch back to Mountaindog training as well.

So I trained upper body today..great workout. NO pr's but everything felt great.
I weighed 250 on the dot this am..
Oh btw..Nova cialis is really strong.

Taking a few extra rest days before starting back..
I trained Tuesday this week and will train some tommorow..
I will be starting the test e and mast p,probably at a low dose to start.

Started back In the gym..it was only a week off but I felt better in there today.i trained chest,delts,tri's..
I weighed 250 again, which is weird because my eating was trash.
I also started test e and mast p at .5 ml each..super smooth and no pip whatsoever!
