I competed as a powerlifter in the early to mid seventies,then did my local bodybuilding contest in 1987,placing 4th. in my class,then drank and drugged for about 11 years straight(33 years total),then came back in 1994 and have been competing ever since.

I`m just a hair under 5'8" tall,and have won around 60 trophies so far!!

Doing the NPC New Englands this coming Sunday in Boston,where I hope to place much higher.

I`m a bit tighter with better quad seperation, so I hope to fare a bit better,but we`ll see............the New Englands is always a tough contest.........just gonna` give it all I`ve got per usual.
