Training is picking up..looking forward to the next few weeks.
I am loving the Platinum,but we are just getting started.
Very nice man! Once you get going and get back in the groove of things you start feeling way better and enjoy going into the gym to crush it.
I’ll have to try the push/pull. I’ve done it in the past but always revert back to single body parts.

Thanks for dropping in.Yes I love to train and it's hard to cruise.But where I'm at in life and age I really do try and think things through and be cautious..
Push, pull,legs is great by itself .But the great thing is you can modify it and or add days..I love other systems too DC, mountain dog,bft,etc...I kinda have my own methods,meaning taking things I like or feel work and adding them to a basic plan..I have been training a long time.(even tho that pic doesn't show it..)

Totally agree. We must remember we are not 18 anymore lol. I believe I do something similar. I’ll find something I like or that works for me and toss it in.
Always like switching things up as well. Never doing the same thing over and over again.
I see a great physique. You have the right stuff to work with there and can make it great.

It depends,and most of the time I aim for 10 to 20 reps..But I definitely hit sets of 5,6,8...
That’s awesome man! That usually what I go for but depends on if I’m going heavy or not.
I did see Mountain Dog do some 200 rep arm sessions he split into 25 reps I think with a weight that’s light but not too light. Looked killer
