Flat Bench Press? Is this what you havnt done in over a year? If so. Neither have I lol. I prefer a slight decline or incline.
Yes,although no cheats,more days in the gym and lil cardio and I would drop pretty quick .I gotta get a pic up.
Yes Flat bench, ironically it felt pretty good..I normally do incline bb or smith,and machine work..

I won't be able to train until Thursday..but I will still be on my food..I really need to add a fourth or even 5th day,but my schedule sucks...

Due to having to take my lil girl to therapy and work I haven't trained since Sunday..
Gonna hit 3 days in a row,and I guess we got really bad weather coming Sunday..
Sooooo.

Finally got my push day in.Felt great in the gym.Still doing my test e,mast p,inj dbol (.5 each on training days).one thing to note as you get older ,I don't care what you take,it's true.Your strength can be good but it just isn't the same.In my 20's and 30's I have been stronger off.Not weak,but not destroying the gym either.
Ate more beef this week...still holding around 260 at night..I will get a morning fasted weight tomm .
Push..
Incline bb..
3 sets.
Machine press..
2 sets
Machine flye..
2 sets
Wg dips.
2 sets
Machine shoulder press(reverse)
3 sets.
Db laterals.
3 sets.
Rope pushdown.
3 sets

Thanks..me too!..I train in a small gym with limited equipment,so I just do exercises that work for me..
It's getting bad here yes..Snow storm tonight,and we live in the South..

I may seek some new places to train.Its really hard though with covid. I do get bored at times

Everything is shut down here since yesterday..To cold,people without power. no work or gym for me sum, Mon or today...Maybe back to normal tomorrow.

Sheeeesh...missed days of work and a week of training...Finally got a push session in today,we are sunny and in the 40's and you would think it's a spring day.
I will post more later at Walmart now..lol

I weighed in around 262 today..
I must admit I fell off my clean eating during my down time..had a few home cooked meals,nothing horrible I just went off plan for a few days..picking up the pace with my eating and plan as of yesterday..
Push day. Yesterday.
Incline bb.

Wg dips.

Db sd laterals.
3 sets.
Reverse machine flyes.

Rope pushdowns.
