I think Lats said it best,test,mast,and npp pretty much covers all the basesSus, NPP, and Mast P is a great combo.
Or Sus, NPP, and Proviron. I always pair a Nandrolone with either Mast or Proviron. Actually, I basically pair either Mast or Proviron with everything, lol..!!

Right there with ya man. Over time we learn things and learn about our bodies, what we should or shouldn’t be taking. I for one keep my dosages lower then I used to. Your totally right man. Most of the time the exercises I do feel awesome and I can “feel” them working and sometimes I think I’m hitting something but I can fully feel it. When that happens I think to myself is this really worth doing. Thank you,I just try to vary my training with the equipment I have available.I also try uses exercises that feel good..I remember Sam Byrd telling me that he hurts when he trains all the time..I understand that fully now.
