Your so very right man. That is the key to bodybuilding. The rest is just the cherry on top.100% food is crucial....I always heard,make food your anabolic..I also believe in training hard,and of course decent gear helps. But if you don't eat the food and aren't training your ass off the other stuff won't make up for lost ground .I have realized in myself that where I am now is no where close to where I used to be with all of this..The thing is ,I had other demons back then and really messed up some stuff. Glad to be alive tbh.
