I bought a bottle of Humanofort a few weeks ago, but I was waiting to use it b/c I'm trying PowerFULL (GH releaser), then will be trying Somnidren GH...then the Humanofort. I wanted to use them each separately, but what do you think about using Humanofort with a GH releaser?--- would that be overkill ?

Use the Humanofort with out any GH releaser, so this way you will be able to feel how much supperior product is the Humanofort.

TO also sleeps in a chamber designed to promote healing. That does more for him than anything else does.
Basically the supplements are going to help, but nothing is going to beat REST and SOLID FOODS!
I would still look into ART therapy and a good chiropractor. Not saying your problem isn't serious, but there's always alternative ways to battle things like this. In playing football I've seen MANY teamates go under the knife for shoulder injuries and NOT ONE OD THEM IS THE SAME. I just had my knee scoped and I finally can understand as I've been through some procedures.
I'd do as much as I could to avoid the knife and use it as a last resort. Most say they do, but how many have really gone from a massage to a chiropractor then over to an accupuncturist? Not many go to those extremes, but I have. I have really bad bursitis and tendonitis in my shoulder, elbows and wrists. The best things that seems to get this taken care of is a complete and healthy diet. Olive and Flax oil seem to help ALOT. There are alternatives to surgery and I would always use those as much as possible before.
