Things are going good at the moment!I can feel my strength increasing now too!
 
Taking today off to spend w my Lil girl..Just trying to be as consistent w my training and eating as possible!
Pro has some cool blends in the works. I hope to be adding them to the mix and really pushing the training hard...
 
So today I trained legs....
Standing calf raise..
2 sets of 20
Seated leg curls..
2 sets of 15
Adductor..
2 sets of 15
Leg press...
Warmed up progressively...(after surgery and knee pain I gotta)
4 warm up sets
1 all out set of 20
Hacks....
2 sets of 10

Supps..
Testabol.. 210 mg
Tren ace..50 mg
Test suspension..100 mg

Besides 5 eggs and 2 cup red potatoes and 2 50 gram whey isolate shakes...i had 2 hot dogs and a few chips and almost a whole Pizza..and I am about to have a bowl of ice cream with my Lil girl..Its been a while since I have had that much junk in one day..

Low incline..incline flyes (palms down )

I don't know what I have come down with this,week.My whole body aches and running a fever.i am talking about feeling rough.i started back at work today and also got moved to day shift. Happy about that.i will get back on it either Tommorow or Monday....
 
I will be back in the gym Tommorow..Also I plan on switching some compounds up too..i will update my new plan..i will definitely doing some Mountaindog training too...i will finally get some pics in here too..
 
I am considering some DC training again..been toying with it a bit lately and loving it..
This week switched too..
Test enan...300 mg this week
Primo enan...200 mg this..
On a side note Pro's Viagra and Clen both are ridiculously potent..
Eating a bit less..i really would to get with a coach and map this out better..i progress so much better that way..but I am around 263 and tightening up..
 
Did you ever switch to dc training? I've used it in the past with great results. I'm 50 so I've been doing higher reps with moderate weight.

Brother I am so sorry..the last 2 weeks have been brutal..literally in the bed with fever,between my wife being a nurse and my little girl in school I caught like 2-3 weeks of the worst flu I have ever had..lots of stomach distress too..
Today is the first day of actually getting out and back to normal..
