My progress and motivation log

Hey guys haven't had internet for a while but I've been hittin the gym hard. I injured my leg slipping on ice and falling down a bunch of stairs but it's close to healed. I have been bringing my legs up before that incident and plan to pull over 700 within the next month and a half. Here's a pic from tonightS back pump. 33 inch waist with 17 inch forearms

My current diet has been...
Wake up-50 grams whey, 75 grams oats
45 min later- 4oz steak or ground beef, 3 eggs, 1 cup rice, 1 large baked potatoe
2.5 hours later- 3 cups rice, 10oz steak, then on the way to gym I drink about 14oz v8 fusion juice.
Right after I train I drink 50 grams whey, 75 grams oats
1 hour later- sometimes I go to a hibachi buffet and just load up on rice, steak, chicken, shrimp, and eggs or I eat about 10 oz chicken breast 2 cups rice
2 hours later I eat leftovers from buffet or 6oz steak some shrimp and a cup of rice

I rarely eat this good but this is my target and I have done exactly this since Monday. I wanna stick with it so I can see how lean I can get and not get too light.
 
Your upper body is insane brother so much thickness!!!
What your AAS history and how long have you been training if you don't mind me asking?
