Dont know what to say or where to begin every once in a while after sex it hurts like a mofo in prostate region after sex, hurts so bad i have to curl up in the fetal position for it to relax....

Jk bro on a serious note go to the urologist and have him do more in depth testing. The finger alone ain't going to cut it. I had a few test done by mine. They even had me pee into this machine that weighs your urine amount to see if you completely empty your bladder when you pee

As Stewie said, I too believe it may be Prostatitis. You need to go get it checked again and tell them your symptoms in detail.

You may need antibiotics or anti-Inflammatory drugs.

It very well could be and there are different kind that are bacterial or non-bacterial. Any issues with the Prostate I would suggest seeing a well qualified physician immediately.

Follow advice about seeing your doctor, but also ensure you are better than well hydrated, and taken 2-3 electrolyte capsules per day for the next week or so, and add extra magnesium and see if it goes away.
I typically noticed it after a 2nd orgasm within an hour of the first more than just by itself..

I take magnesium everyday, what electrolyte capsules do u recommend? Ive never heard of taking those or even saw anything like that? Would love to add some definitely!!

Well i never had anything in there except a finger from a doc here and there,so not sure what it could be caused by, except what is on Wikipedia, so, not sure i want an alien probe put in there

Now prostate is super sensitive, especially if my test levels elevate. Usually how I know instantly that stuff I got is legit. Liquid tadalafil is a life saver for me. Take it every day and prostate doesn't bother me. In your case, you need antibiotics, which means a trip to the urologist.

Since ive been off trt havent had it happen once, been off since may 2017, from dvt, and test is super low, i only have used script test no ugl
