My Prostate is clenching after sex?

Dont know what to say or where to begin every once in a while after sex it hurts like a mofo in prostate region after sex, hurts so bad i have to curl up in the fetal position for it to relax....

Everyonce in a while as well thruout the last 5-10 years, ive been awoke, with this pain in the stomach into my anus, from prostate i assume?

One night it hurt so bad i almost passed the fawk out had to lay on the tile floor in the bathroom, and also have to sit on the toilet when this clench happens almost like i have to force something out?

Anyone ever had this happen? Its been a while until last night, got it on, and it clenched, had to sit on the toilet until it relaxed and im not sure what is going on or has been going on?

On another note when i sit down to go #2, i have to stay sittin for a very long time and pee keeps comin out for a bit in spurts, almost like stuff isnt stoping and if istand up quickly and pull up the pants i have to unzip quickly to piss again, its oddd

I figured id ask this group especially since dante has an awesome thread and talks about all the prostate sups he takes, and the other informed people on here in their respected fields....

Been to the eurologist and had the finger in there but other than that nada, and that hurts like hell too

Go to an anonymous board and ask a bunch of people you really don't know anything about why your ass hurts bad enough to put you in a fetal position.

Seriously, something is wrong your body feels pain when something isn't right. Go get it checked out as soon as you can. I hope it isn't something serious. Let us know what it is because one of us could be next. My backside acts up with Tren. Also when on two orals. I can't run those to long anymore.

The pain is likely perineal muscle cramps. Happens to me when I pinch off a #2 too quickly. Feels like an ice pick between the legs. Can easily happen after intercourse/orgasm. I've talked to many guys who have this happen.

As to your second question, possible just related to the bowel movement, or underlying prostate or urethral issues. If only with BM's, not likely a big deal. Make sure you're not constipated.

I think you need to stick to Flintstone vitamins and brisk walks around the park......or you're a classic hypochondriac.

Trying icing your crotch when it hurts, no joke. It should help calm down the inflammation and pain. It won't solve the problem but it will help with the pain when it is there.
