Just cruising for the last 2 weeks.My weight the last time I checked (Tues ..)was 256..eating 4 meals with one shake.
Just doing 250 test cup weekly with nolva eod at 20 mg.
I only got to train twice this week,as I had to take my baby to the hospital Thurs and Friday. .
I did one upper body day and one bi''s and legs day..
OK well I cruised for 2 weeks..and with all this talk of Ment I have decided to start mine..
I weighed 255 this am so we shall see what the next few weeks brings..
