My recent push pull meet

Hey so I'm a 23 year old powerlifter (yes I joined as a teen). And recently tore my pec a couple months ago. Anyways today I went in and benched 460 and deadlifted 700. I weighed in at 282(bloated to this weight to lift as a 308 to break a junior record) and competed at 265. I took 485 on bench on my third but missed but I grounded it first and didn't tear my pec again so that's progress. The 700 deadlift is a RPS world record in the 308 pro junior raw classic. Next stop is a meet in November as a 242 full power aiming for 1800 total hopefully. I'll start a new log soon and will post videos in a bit.

Thats a large ass body for a 23yr old...and 700 lbs is quite an impressive dead...And A good bench esp considering a recent injury.Im doin a meet on east coast in december with RPS
Depends On my Dbag bro but It maybe up close to me north east or middle east near philly i believe somewhere...Looking to get a 4/5/700 give or take on the sbd....Though recent injury pushed me back to im going to go that much harder to come back...RPS seems like a cool organization itll be my first RPS meet...Good luck bro ill xheck out ur log when posted

I love te RPS meets and the people who run it. The calls are fair and consistent. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I'm trying to figure out how to post videos without being on YouTube
