My right nut hurt so much!

Last year i went to the doc because my right testicle hurt so much.
He did a scan and everything, but he said i was ok.
The pain did go away but i'm now having severe pain in my nut.
It s like somebody has kicked me in my nuts...

Before my cycle i didn't had much pain, but now it s really bad...
What should i do?
