My shoulder is a mess

I think deca has strong medical joint benefits. I’m certain one of its original uses was for those with osteoporosis back in the day and was prescribed. I’ve seen several,people on hrt forums using 20-25mg a week for joint health benefits. I think bodybuilders always think in 100s of mgs of everything so assume these kind of low numbers won’t do anything because everything is always around building mass and size. Not to mention that these days there’s the automatic assumption that deca will equal an immediate heart attack
 
permanent? in the world of steroids and drugs nothing is permanent and it is known that the effects of a compound such as deca last long after discontinuation because the ester is extremely long and it will take many weeks before it completely leaves the system
I didn’t mean permanent. I just felt I had joint relief for awhile after coming off, may have even been months. So far past the clearing of the ester.

people misinterpret - half-life doesn't mean the drug is no longer in the system. You have to multiply the half-life by about x5 and that will give you the time it takes for the drug to completely leave the system
 
Oh. I personally used NPP not deca though .
I don't know why but NPP doesn't give me any relief when it comes to elbow or knee pain I don't know what it depends on but many people report the same - probably the ester kinetics have something to do with it
 
I started hanging to help my shoulders too. I haven't had to do it in a while thankfully. I saw it on the Bob and Brad youtube channel. It helps open up the joint to relieve impingement or if the bones are rubbing too close together.
How are.ylu doing this hands close or apart?
 
small update - I'm in week 3 of 50mg deca week and I can clearly say today that my shoulder hurts 80% less. I regained the ability to rotate internally and externally in about 85% of the full range without feeling pain when before adding deca it was maybe even less than 50%. The pain was also such that it often woke me up in the middle of the night several times and now I practically don't feel it anymore - let's see what happens next

Man...😅I've literally written about BCP and tb-500 dozens of times, it's really enough to type the phrase into the search engine - no hate, but it's really hard to repeat the same thing a dozen times
 
Had shoulder surgery about two years ago. Surgeon said I will likely need a cadaver shoulder. Pain was still there. Using pillows to find a position to sleep in. I stopped lifting for a while but went back five months ago. I def have limited motion. Have to pick and choose what exercises or machines cause pain. But I now rarely have any pain. After four years of it.
If you want range of motion back I’d say the prescribed exercises will help. For me I just wanted size back. So just lift medium to heavy on exercises that don’t hurt. It seemed to fix my pain. An mri may disagree. lol

I’ve used deca. I think it helped. But even off shoulder is still ok. As far as peptides and other chems I remember when they first started. God forbid you talked down on them as the people repping or pushing em would get irate. Imo 99% of it is hype. Placebo - it’s the supplement industry. There will always be someone pushing some snake oil. Been three decades and the same stuff that worked then works now. Believe me I’ve tried and fell for the scientific studies hoping to find that new peptide or other. I’d say strengthen the muscles around the joint. Try deca. Avoid Winnie and some others. If my surgeon saw my shoulders now he’d prob say he was wrong.
 
I'll update a bit - on Monday I decided to add 50mg of deca and honestly I don't know if it's placebo or not but I can already feel a huge improvement in my shoulder today, the pain is at least 50% less. We'll see what more I can say in a few weeks
I thought it might have been placebo at first as well because I started 50mg a week ago but I can’t believe how much better my hips feel already. I’m never coming off. If it gets even better as the half lives stack, as I assume it will, I think I’ll be as good as new. I sincerely did not think 50mg would have this much of an impact.

when I’ve ran deca at around 50-75mgs a week my shoulders feel so much better. Dropped it a few weeks ago and wouldn’t you know, more discomfort has came back. I think I’m going to just run 25-50mg a week from now on
 
I wouldn’t have either. Maybe those trt clinics prescribing 50mg are actually on to something beyond just scamming people lol.
FFs now i have to try this for my shitty joints to :D
