Lifting Experience: 1.5 years of "serious lifting" (cycling, proper diet, proper training, etc), 5 years of lifting
Previous Cycle Experience: 5 pervious cycle, first cycle began in June 2010

Cycle Goal: I'm going to make my best effort to maintain my size / mass until the start of the cycle, then I'm going to try to get as shredded as possible for spring break. Body fat would ideally be around 6-7% at 240-245lbs.
DIET:
I'm going to be following a diet with macro nutrient breakdown of:
450g-460g protein (roughly 2g per lb of body weight)
450g-460g carbohydrate (roughly 2g per lb of body weight)
60g-70g fat (roughly 0.25g per lb of body weight)
For the last two weeks of the cycle (while on clen), I'm going to drop the carbs down to around roughly 200g per day.
I eat every 2-2.5 hours, depending on my daily schedule. Between meals, i consume 5g of BCAAS (composition: 3000mg micronized L-Leucine, 1000mg micronized L-Isoleucine, 1000mcg micronized L-Valine per 5g). On leg OR back day, I consume 10g of bcaa between every meal.
Ancillary Supplementation (during the cycle and during PCT):
1-1.5 gallons of water per day
6 capsules of generic fish oil, taken in 3 doses
3 capsules of Himalaya LiverCare, taken in 3 doses (I double this dose while on any orals)
6 capsules of generic flax oil, taken in 3 doses
1.5 GNC megamen vitamins, taken in 3 doses
3 1000mg milk thistle, taken in 3 doses (PCT ONLY)

Jan 26 - Mar 4: tren a 100mg every other day

Mar 11 - Apr 19: toremifene citrate 60mg every day in 2 doses

Mar 11 - Apr 7: humulin r 20iu every day in 2 doses (4 hours apart, upon waking up, and 4 hours later) - 5 days on 2 days off
Mar 11 - Apr 7: humulog 10iu every day (post workout, I will be working out later at night so the humulin r won't affect this) - 5 days on 2 days off
(Indefinitely: HGH 4iu 5 on 2 off)
In addition to the insulin in my PCT, I will be supplementing EVERY dose with ~ 10-15g of creatine and ~10-15g of glutamine upon administration (along with the proper amount of simple carbohydrates and whey isolate, roughly 50-60g and 40-50g respectfully). Because of the insulin, I try to limit my fat intake to 20-40g on the days that I take it, and on the days that I don't take it I eat 100-120g of fat.
