4 years on steroids. Never came off my first cycle, just switch shit up, trace fat diet. Cutting down from 244 I’m around 228 now. 235 p 350 c 38 f roughly 2740 calories.

Final pic is 2 minutes rested vitals after the treadmill. I went into afib from stimulants t3/caffeine and a 1000mg thc edible last year as for the flecainaide. Have been totally fine since the cardioversion, I stayed on the medication and metoprolol and my numbers have been stellar. My doctor said this is mild athletes heart and absolutely nothing to worry about. Was hoping some ogs could interpret this. Is there anything you would be weary of running? I’m on a gram of test 600 eq vial a day Gh log pwo ONLY. For a long time I used log with every meal (following Daniel’s protocol) but my training style has changed to extremely high volume. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m about to post a shitload of labs here in a second. IMG_1511.png IMG_1512.png IMG_1513.png IMG_1510.jpeg

No AI, my biggest issue right now is getting er up to around 50 where I feel the best. Insight on that would also be greatly appreciated.

Spit balling. Your beta blocker-metoprolol may have played a part in not achieving the 85% target HR-161BPM. Doesn't appear to indicate any blockage given your 15.3 METs and exercising for slightly over 12 minutes.

I loved Dan, but I think we can all agree that following his protocols would not be ideal or advised. I’m sure he would agree if he was still with us.

That aside- I would work to get your EF up a bit more as “low normal” is not where you want to be. Getting it up to 70% or higher would be my aim. It sounds like you got lucky with your situation as the damage could have been much worse.

Your BP is good- are you taking any meds to keep numbers there? Outside of the beta blocker.

In terms of your cycle- this depends on how long you have been on and past cycles and what your risk tolerance is. If you’re just a rec bodybuilder it would probably best serve you to pull down to TRT+ and get your EF up. That would get your E2 back up as well. If you stay in it’s the EQ keeping you low. DHEA, HCG and pregnenalone can help get it back up.

Bloodwork- you have borderline high WBC- were you recently sick? You also have low hemoglobin- give blood? I’d also watch your tsh as you’re on the low end of the range. The vial of HGH is probably at play here and is likely overkill. I’d check T3 and T4.

Probably way more than you wanted. But hope it helps and are the things I’d look at. But I’d cut back HGH and lay off the stims at minimum. Cardiologist are quick to jump to “athletes heart” when it’s really been unmanaged stimulants and BP.

Are you taking any T3 still?

As for EF, what things would you implement to improve it (besides obviously less drugs)? And what have you found specifically plays the largest role in lowering it?

No I was on vacation and only taking t3 and Anavar because I was worried about bringing oils pins on the plane and it was a month stay. I didn’t know what was happening and was in afib for 11 days. Resting hr was 180 for over a week. Flew home went to the ER they put me on Eliquis immediately and cardioverted me immediately after 2 days. Left the hospital that day on a beta blocker and sodium channel blocker. I could have stopped the flecainide but it makes me feel better knowing it calms all the electrical signals in the heart. I have a stressful life and that paired with a beta blocker my BP is perfect all the time and literally can’t get my rate above 145. This is a normal day for me IMG_1048.jpeg IMG_0876.jpeg

Thanks for the extremely detailed response. Afib also runs in my family. Both grandparents on my dad’s side as well as my dad got it young. Dad went the ablation route and is on no meds. He’s also an alcoholic that smokes. Pick your poison I suppose.

Meds: 100mg de metoprolol before bed
Cialis - 10mg daily
T4 -100 mics
Zyn Pouches at least 25 a day. There’s not a second I don’t have one in, not good but I’m open about it, prob makes a difference.

Naturally a skinny 6”2 swimmer build. I was in cross country and Rand 50-70 mile weeks consistently in my early 20s using Cardarine a lot, which I’m now actually very opposed to using.

Tirzepatide - 10mg a week for insulin sensitivity, Reta shoots my resting rate into the 90s. I’m unlucky there.

I tried microdosing the tirz and saw no difference personally so I do it Mondays.

Standard bodybuilder shit but I rarely do hard cardio anymore as I fear more concentric growth could become a problem down the line. I beleive concentric heart growth is fine, but not on 1.6g gh and pwo slin.

I use 5amino1mq before fasted cardio and it has 0 performance or physique benefits that I have noticed whatsoever. But my hdl has consistently been between 50-57 for the last 2 or so years since I started using it. No change. I know correlation doesn’t mean causation but I’m willing with it. IMG_1946.jpeg
This first picture was standard before adding 5 amino. Next two are taken after using it once or twice daily typically before cardio/activities. Diet didn’t change much, training style did. 15-20 rep range. Only life change in these lipid numbers plus the 5amino. IMG_0693.jpeg
IMG_1198.jpeg

I just got back from vacation and ate like a jackass for a month so the elevated ldl makes sense.

I’m trying not to miss anything here. I have never once donated blood, ever. I beleive donating blood makes the problem worse but I seem to never have an issue with thickness.

Lastly I do love my nicotine and caffeine. Lots of zyn and black tea. C4 energy drink preworkout everyday, 2-3 cups of a strong black tea throughout the day. Thanks for your time and detailed questions.

There a lot of people here who know a lot more than me… but I’ve read quite a few of your posts. You seem to be a kitchen sink type of guy with gear, and you’re either going 150mph on high dose complex cycles, or cutting down and switch plans, and taking time off for this and that…. Maybe you to just… I dunno… chill? Trt and get consistent?

I’ve been extremely transparent with my bloodwork and never gone over 2 grams. I’m a baby on this forum lol granted I asked for a critique and you have one that’s fair. I rarely take orals, labs are always good, echos seem to be acceptable. This is what I love man. I got to 245 lean using dumbbells and barbells in my basement because I was working 7 days a week with kids. We all pay the piper, I’ll take this over the raging alcoholic I was for 5 years straight. Definitely not all over the place have to correct you there. I’ve put on around 15lbs of true tissue since joining this forum. What’s your definition of all over the place? Learning from the pros how to properly rebound? Focus on less aggressive compounds long term over the harsh shit that works fast? Idk you can say a lot of things about me but not being “consistent” is definitely not one of them. Cheers 🥂

I don’t miss lifts or meals unless it’s to do with family. I’m a single father of 2 boys that made it this far without a gym. I have pictures, timeline and bloodwork to prove it. I asked for some insight from some of the guys to read over my stress test not for some weirdo to quote random shit from my early logs. Since joining this forum I’ve put on 10-15lbs of tissue on a basement using a power rack, DBs and bbs all while raising 2 kids alone.Unsure how that’s not consistent. I’m new muscle. I have a brain. I think everyone pushes a little too hard early especially when the bigger guys are advising it. My entire post was showing my progression and heart health throughout. I feel like you added 0 value to this thread, and as I stated before I’m always trying to learn. I cut my doses in half for an accutane run Taking short breaks isn’t being inconsistent, things in life happen. Not “I don’t feel like lifting today” but how am I going to get my kids to their aunts house by 3 when I’m of at 8pm. Lol I really didn’t want to have to go this route but your comment wasn’t necessary and I now feel the need to defend myself. I just turned 30 man.

Cool man. As I said. Your post indicated one speed or time off. High doses. Changing doses. Your body has been through a lot. So maybe… trt and get consistent. Thats what I’m saying is best for a younger guy with a borderline low ef taking a vial of GH a day. This weirdo quoted your posts as the source of his comment.
Ubiquinol. Taurine. D-ribose. Magnesium. I feel like there’s a few more but I can’t remember them off the top of my head.
Pretty solid contribution, but I probably have no idea what I’m talking about as a cardiac icu nurse for many years. Your feelsies got bumped bc I pointed out you may need to take some time to step back. But maybe someone else will have a different idea of what you can do that will make you happier. ✌🏼

I took it as if you were saying I wasn’t trying or implying that I’m all over the place. My thought process was just asking for help and I was offended even if that was not your intent. I’ll squash it, my bad.

@Jacked_ add pycnogenol to this to bring up EF.

But I’ll cut to the chase- start doing cardio and be consistent with it- 4-5 days a week. You can do 15 min or HIT or 30 min or LISS zone 3. This should be a non negotiable. Doing cardio right is not the enemy for your heart, quite the opposite. This is in addition to 10k steps daily.

The stims you can’t give up will be you biggest enemy. As someone who lives a crazy busy life and used a ton of adderal in my 20’s I can tell you there’s a better and much healthier way. I don’t touch caffeine or stims now in my mid 30’s and feel much better.

The biggest lesson here is that you can’t be a hardcore bodybuilder, take PED’s a bottle of HGH, eat bouts of shit food, not do cardio, pop stims and get away with it. You’re trading one unhealthy drug and lifestyle for another (alcohol for PEDs). The lifestyle matters under both of them.

If you need that much Tirz to manage your blood sugar while using insulin then you are doing this sport completely wrong. You know I think you’re a cool dude so I am going to say the same thing I should have told Dan more bluntly- you need a lifestyle change or you will pay the price and next time can only hope you will be so lucky.

Drop back to TRT+ for a few months, add the supplements to get your EF up, focus on cardio vascular health and BG management without excess GLP usage. You’ll be a better bodybuilder for it. Masking things with all these experimental peptides and medications isn’t a solution IMO. If you want more help on how to set that up shoot me a DM as I’m not trying to be a dick or call you out. After Dan I just promised myself I wouldn’t sugar coat things on here anymore. 👍🏼
