No I was on vacation and only taking t3 and Anavar because I was worried about bringing oils pins on the plane and it was a month stay. I didn’t know what was happening and was in afib for 11 days. Resting hr was 180 for over a week. Flew home went to the ER they put me on Eliquis immediately and cardioverted me immediately after 2 days. Left the hospital that day on a beta blocker and sodium channel blocker. I could have stopped the flecainide but it makes me feel better knowing it calms all the electrical signals in the heart. I have a stressful life and that paired with a beta blocker my BP is perfect all the time and literally can’t get my rate above 145. This is a normal day for me

I’m still trying to get past the part where you had an RHR of 180 for over a week and decided to just continue with your vacation unbothered…
WHY not go to a local hospital wherever you were??
I don’t understand that?
Are you aware of how serious being in that severe of Afib for over a week is??
Your heart isn’t supposed to be beating at 180bpm for days/weeks straight, that’s major stress on the heart.
I’d say you’re very lucky considering the bad or even deadly scenarios that could’ve come from that reckless decision..
I’m not trying to be a dick here at all by the way, just telling it like it is, we’ve all done dumb shit before, but never once have I done some dumb shit where someone called me out and was being a sweetheart about it
Serious question here, not trying to judge, but were you ever a drug addict or have any kind of addictive personality traits??
I ask because it seems like you brush off the prolonged high dosage use (abuse?) of AAS and stims and seems like you’re trying to justify the continued high dose use (abuse?)…
As people have touched on before, you’ve got 2 kids, and you’re super young man, you’ve got time to hit your goals the right way.
You look great bro, for real, awesome physique.. But don’t be one of these guys who gets addicted, or acts on their addiction, and ends up with serious health issues in their 30’s and 40’s, or even worse, especially with 2 kids that need you..
There’s plenty of guys who’ve been down that road who I’m 100% positive they would take it back if they could..
Your body is already giving you warning signs.. No one is saying to drop to TRT forever and go back to an Abercrombie teen model physique… But dial it back, get your health in order and monitor yourself carefully and take calculated and meticulously monitored protocols from here on out to achieve your goals..
