My syntherol bruising solution

I have been using syntherol in the bis for over a week now. I am really liking the results! The only problem I was having was the bruising... even using 27 g pins. I read where this is pretty common with the syntherol in the bis. So I did a search online and ice was mentioned as being helpful applied right after the "injury' to help minimize bruising. But other than that you just have to let the bruise run its course and heal. So I thought I would give it a try. Right After I inject both heads of the bi, I massage the area like hell with an icepack for 10 minutes or so. Maybe its just been coincidence, but I have had hardly any bruising since. Has anybody tried this?

Most of the time the bruising is just due to small amounts of blood building at the injection site due to the pin cutting through small capillaries. Using ice before the inject would also reduce this since the cold will reduce blood flow in that area. It will also numb the inject site and make it more comfortable. This is a very good practice for injecting calves since there are high amounts of capillaries and the muscle is very tight.
