My terrible diet (that works amazing for me)

Just curious, why do people think that diet is really that bad? Besides the milk and not a lot of protein. Its not perfect, but far from terrible. Maybe I need to go back and look at it longer then half a second. But from that glance it isn't terrible. We got guys on here that are lean all year and eat ice cream and a gallon of milk every night(concreter) so I don't see why this is so far fetch. Especially at 15% bf.

As far as protein it comes to around 240 grams from the milk and chicken. And based off the amino profile of these EAAs, 70grams is equal to 200grams protein.

The milk is a lil too sweet.
When you make your own lactose free milk the lactose is supposedly like glucose after.

Are you putting lactaid pills in the gallon of milk? if so, how many pills per gallon? If it wasn't you that said it, don't sweat it. :)

I use drops.
i think its like 56 drops per gallon to sit at 24 hours
ill either use simply 5 Hershey syrup or horrachata mix for flAvor but it turns sweet after lactase drops

Heavy amount of sugars here. Only doing this during bulk

4 servings of spinach and beats (juice)
One serving of green freak.

Lazy but easy.
Anyone else have some easy diet?

Honestly I could do this except for the milk....never been a fan of it although I have been drinking more of the Fair Life brand and it seems to agree with me better.

I love white rice and eat it in my 2nd post workout meal and on days when I up my carbs big time...most of it comes from rice. Especially with hot sauce mixed in.

One thing I need to look into more are EAA's. Don't think I've ever particularly supplemented them on their own.

Which brand are you using if you don't mind me asking?

TN and raw dynamix has the best amino profile without added stuff
10 grams looks like 30 grams food protein but is leucine heavy.
Usually mix with humapro or green apple liquor mix.
humapro makes me feel dehydrated though.
 
The thing is bro is that without people seeing that it visually working is just hear say. I mean it's just like oh really that works but how well? Vs what other diet when you looked a certain way. You get what I'm saying? I'm not bashing as I'm all for being discrete but if you want to have credibility then you won't get it without posting your pictures. The board has been burned to many times if you just want someone to say hey cool story bro then go ahead and post your diets and stuff. I'm not gonna knock it

Well if its whole milk and your drinking a gallon it would be the 128 grams of fat and the 192 grams of sugar. Plus as far as I know lactose can cause bloat for some. Obviously your not one of those people. But the sugar and fat and calories with LARGE amounts would definitely be an issue for most. But I think I can speak for most when saying you are not most people. *** all this time I thought I was the only guy that got compliments on having nice nipples. Now I know my nipples arent special, thanks!
