My theory is that a source once sent me the seizure letter- what do you think?

I've been fortunate to have only received a couple seizure letters over the years. I think back to this one time when I ordered from a "stealth" source. I remember getting the package, empty of course, with a REALLY poor looking seizure letter. It was my first one, I didn't ask for a resend, and just ate the dough- maybe $800.

I think in retrospect it's possible the source sent me an empty box with a seizure letter in it. Maybe he was out of gear, maybe he went bad...I don't know.

Anyone ever suspected this of an international source? This just dawned on me today.

Just curious, isn't a seizure letter sent in a special envelope?
Depending on where you are shouldn't the envelope have a special print, watermark and be pre-stamped?

I mean you shouldn't receive a letter in a plain envelope,written in ink or cheap print with a sticky stamp.

Back in the day theud send dvd packs through opened with letter inside. That was 12yrs ago but packs were shredded and put in new envelope and notice said you could claim your items at this number blahblah blah
