My thoughts on T3 used in dietary periods

This was just something I've noticed around and I wanted to address it and see what you guys thought about it.

Alot of people starting their dietary period chuck in T3 + Clen right away to lose fat fast but IMO if you're using T3 shouldn't losing weight fast be the last thing you want? Since T3 doesn't differentiate between muscle tissue and fat tissue.

I thought T3 should be used extremely sparingly when you've stopped losing weight for 7 to 10 days and already on low calories at the last stages of your diet and you just use a little dose of 25mcg T3 to keep your metabolism ticking over and start losing weight again.

But how does anyone know they've stalled if they chuck in T3 right away, ofcourse you won't ever stall on T3 but this doesn't mean the weight you're losing is good weight.

What's PM thought on this?
 
I do not see a need to start out a prep or dieting phase using T3 right at the start....so I definitely agree with you.

T3 has its place for sure...but I've known national level competitors who do not use it at all during prep.
