My Training Partner, RobRoy

Looks like my training Partner RobRoy FINALLY made it on here...He is also doing the July Show here in Az and he should be a middleweight also or a light heavy (cuz he doesnt want a peice of me,

)..He is also an NPC Judge and his wife just turned INBF PRO this weekend in her second Competition...Rob will post some pics up soon and show off those little stick legs he has..LOL...

Who flung poo?

So, get this. I heard that your your kid was as to leave daycare? Something about crapping in her hand and throwing it at the other members kids. What's up with that? Just thought I'd let you know the word on the street.

I'm just playing. Hutch is a dedicated soldier. He trains hard and heavy. The fool could probably run a 6 week precontest and still come in dry and stripped down. Oh, yeah and no cardio either. Mean while I'm over on the stairmaster for 3 hours, falling off.
I'm obviously new. "Here's your sign". I am also 10 weeks out. This is my first show in 3 years. I had a layoff due to career reasons. Although I couldn't compete I still stayed very involved in body building. Becoming an NPC judge. I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years now. Training is a passion of mine. I have trained several physique athletes through to great success. Including my wonderful wife who has just recently competed in her first two figure shows. Oh, yeah and cleaning up in her first two shows. She's tearing it up. She has her third show this weekend. We'll see how she shows. 3 shows all in one month! She' hardcore.
I made a recent change in career that is just so much more condusive to my bodybuilding regiment. So, I'm stoked. It's my turn! X-MEN forever.

Very funny...My daughter had an accident and I had to go home, that sucked I was just gettin in the mood to whoop your ass in shoulders and Tri's...

Gooey, the only reason that you can't train at the gym is because your calves are too huge to fit through the front door.

Bboy, thanx bro. Nice to see a positive bodybuilding site. One in which not every not every member wants to tear you down for sport. Besides, promuscle seems to attract actual fitness people. Not fitness phonies. I'm going to post pics this weekend. Just let me know what think when ya see them.
