Hi guys and gals I've been lurking for awhile soaking up the vast knowledge from you guys and applied most of it to my own thought process.
After posting in JimmyJones awesome transformation, I got a lot feedback to post my own thread on how I did it myself. I have Chron's Disease which makes it difficult with some foods and energy levels at times. I have had it for over 20 yrs and have been on meds the whole time. I'm happy to say I stopped all meds 4 months ago becuase I don't need them anymore!! Huge deal for me.
I started December of 2012 I was up to 260 after a month with no supps I was able to get down to 230 ust cutting out proccessed foods and adding cardio 3x a week for 20-30 min. In the end of January I started test at my trt dose at the time of 100mg a week, HGH at 2iu ed. I was scared to run tren so I went with NPP at 300 a week working up to 700 a week for 8 weeks. I ran mostly a keto diet and cardio 4 x a week at 30 min. My calories were in the 3000-2500 range. I had gained alot of muscle and got down to about 210-205 but still smooth. I then decided to run tren at 30mg a day with prop at 15mg a day and anavar at 50mg a day. I started to see results after the first week I knew I was on to something!
i lowered calories down to about 2,000 and upped cardio to 5 to 6 x a week at 45-60 min all am fasted I trained 2 days on 1 off repeat the whole time HIT style.
In 4 weeks I got down to 191 lbs. At that point I stopped tren and var and stayed on my trt at 100mg after a few weeks nothing happened much and I knew I had to get someone with knowledge to help me out I had gotten most of the weight off but it came off with muscle too, so I hired Shelby about 12 weeks ago.
We are taking things slow and I'm getting sharper every week and feel much much healthier and stronger, my meds for my Chron's have all stopped due to this! He also does my training and has helped out tromendously.
I plan on stepping on the stage for the first time in April and work toward that goal everyday!
Like Jimmy said consistancy is key. I NEVER missed a meal or a training session in over 8 months. I only had scheduled cheats and never wavered from my plan not once. Physically it was hard but Mentally is where you need the strength to keep going. I approached this as something I just had to do without giving myself an option to not do it.
Thanks for listening to my story and I hope it helps someone in their transformations too! I'd like to Thanks Shelby as well for helping me so much these last 12 weeks.
The first 3 pics were in end of January at 230 lbs
The next 2 pics were end of April before I started with Shelby at 191 lbs
