This is my 6 month transformation, I really want to compete one day and any advise would be greatly appreciated. I have no clue really how to pose yet, sorry. 22 years old, 6'2, will answer any questions. Will put leg pics up tomorrow.

Here is an update to my progress after this point. Here are some updated pics to my 2nd cycle. I'm 2 months in. My current weight is 268 pounds. I like the fact that you aren't using a lot of gear and the gains you've made are incredible. I say keep using as little as you can don't let someone talk you into doing large amounts of gear. Not worth it.

who cares what your bodyweight was in the before pic, what counts is the after pics and the continued progress.

Pretty solid. Keep it up.Shows how much you can truly gain for a first time run.Hard work and diet as well not taking that away but makes it tempting for myself as well to turn to the dark side lol. I have never cycled and am sitting at a fat 280 but would like to cut down to 200-190 around 8 to 10 percent body fat. Transformations like that with a basic run of gear are really motivating but will try to stay natty for a little while longer.Pretty crazy when your natural and wouldn't be able to gain that kind of size in ten years of training. Anyway good work.
