225lbs 12% (aprox)


Week 1 50mg Anadrol ED
Week 1-6 37.5mg Tren ED
Week 1-6 50mg Test Prop EOD
Week 1-6 T-3

Week 6-10 50mg Winstrol ED ***Optional***
Week 6-10 25mg Anavar ***Optional***


*Last time I did tren 50mg EOD along with Winni 50mg EOD with 200mg test per week. I gained 25lbs in 6 weeks hitting 247lbs. This was last summer. I was not cut but just big at maybe 12-14% fat*


Goal is to be lean enough to see deep abs ridges. NOT ripped or shredded just muscular. 7-8% fat.


My diet is
high protein 250-300
low carbs 100-200
low - medium fat not more then 70g

I will try to keep cals at around 2300. But main goal is to eat lots of protein. Red meat, white meat, whole eggs, milk but keep excess carbs to a minimum.

3 workout sessions. (doggpound training from DoggCrapp. Cardio will HAVE to be a few joggin sessions. Im training to be in Law Enforcement and jogging is manditory.
 
At your size and with that juice I'd up that protein 400-500gm range everyday!

Alot of people from other boards think my dosages are too low but I seem to make monsterous gains on tren!

Should I extend my cycle with Winni and Anavar or just stop at week 6?
 
im by no means the man for cycle advice. I do know that protein intake is way low. Im natural and take in 400+ (5'8 220ish b4 my little baseball incident).

I guess the answer lies in what exactly are your goals and if the 6 weeks can get you there.
 
to be leaner, enough to have that muscular beach body! However here in Canada beach weather only last 2-3 months max. Im hoping to get my fat down to 7-8 %

I am about 12% now.

I just wanna see what my body looks like under this fat and water weight.
 
Its all in the diet bro. Drugs help but diet is the key. May I suggest green tea ;)

Show me the research that Green tea is good for anything. Nelson Montana actually said it increases estrogen levels.
 
id hit tren at 75 mg eod with ur 50m mg prop of prop eod, to save on inejcts, but id rather ur prop go up to 100 mg eod, thats my advice
 
I only have 10cc of prop at 100mg/cc

I am doing ED shots just cause some mod at another board said it is better.
 
Day 9 and I am up to 100mcg of t3. I am sweating bullets!!! Also the Tren/prop is making me incredibly hungry! Is this a sign to eat more for growth? My goal is to get leaner. What do I do about this hunger? Right now when I get really hungry I just eat a protein source... (shake)

Nelson MOntana has been makin an ass o fhimself lately with some of his articles in musclemag. green tea does seem to stop or lessen natural steroid synthesis in the body , all i know is it hasnt stopped Brooklyn and it is very helpful for fat loss. go to hypertrophy-specific.com and read the faq section put up by blade about supplements
