MY VACATION WITH VANDER AND REA IN AZ!!!

Rea and Vander were nice enough to invite me to AZ to see if i like it becuase my boy is moving there and offered me to move with him. They were both great and i had an awesome time not to mention great workouts plus AZ is just beautiful and 20 degrees warmer than freezing jersey. Talk about gym warriors. This crew was probably the best training partners iv ever had. Here is some pix of everyone, this one is the training crew, every one of them crazy strong, and the kid Matt in cheerios shirt is only 20yrs old!

lol everyone knows i wouldnt talk to a guy like u let alone tell u stuff haha. No moves were being put on, Rea is another one of the boys lol(but better looking than us) and part of the crew. She probably trains harder than all of us, and you too haha. Vander called her the Terminatrix lol. I gotta say tho, shes an awesome dieter and i learned a lot from her on how to diet and make shit taste 10x better and easier. I also learned a shitload from Vander and probably 10 other guys out there, including a lot on training that iv never done but will be sure to do in the future. Cant wait to go back, this cold weather and clouds blows.

He most definetly was putting moves on Rea , this kid was trying shit i did in the 9th grade , i was like wtf where are u from again lol , i actually had to try and calm him down a bit ,,,, he was working her so hard he was in overtime and wasnt getting paid time and a half poor kid couldnt get a break.
