myo pro pep and IGF-1 DES

Hey guys,

I've been reading quite a bit about igf-DES and myo propep and wanted to ask a few questions before I ordered em.

Is there a suggested time to run each one? Should they both be run immediately pwo, pre workout? Should one be done pre and one pwo?

Currently doing 4iu's hgh in the am and 4iu's pwo - how would you run the igf and myo with this set up?
