He has e-books on his website and his YouTube channel actually has tons of videos. There's new ones for the expansion to Troponin Nutrition which they upload regularly, and there's older ones with Brad Hull. They cover all kinds of topics and you can search through for the training ones. He even has stuff with Kuclo back from the Project Superheavyweight days.

Yes pretty much this. Body building + powerlifting.

Personally really liked the overall concept of it and still implement some parts of it.
