I was strict on my diet bro.. Honestly I used the myfitnesspal app to somewhat calculate my macros and cal intake. I figured if I stayed on my shit with the tren and etc the results would be even better. I knew it couldn't hurt so I stayed strict. I am still strict on it now as I prepare for my primo, gh, low test ride.
