Nagging shoulder injury/upper chest uneven

I have an old wrestling injury in my right shoulder that had really got pretty bad as of late. It mostly gets bad doin incline anything for chest. my right a shoulder doesn't allow me to get in the right slot or something. As a result my right upper chest is way behind my left. Any tricks or tips to catch it up? Thanks guys
 
Hit incline bench(or DB) press twice a week. Incline flys are great also.

As far as shoulder injuries get you some TB500 and cissus and it'll heal you up bud ;) That's what my injury is right now and there doing wonders for me

GHRP without GHRH(cjc) is boarder line useless so you have to combine them.

Mine? My right shoulder hurts insanely...can't hit decline or incline chest and doing squats are incredibly painful on my knees(but not top my list since my shoulder hurts more)...of course anything like shoulder press, raises, and all that hurt also.
 
Find out what is causing your scapulohumeral dysfunction. Your upper pec probably isn't firing off correctly and your deltoid is taking more load. Common cause is weak serratus muscle.

I feel like we probably have a similar problem. One time when I was doing incline press with dumbbells my right shoulder popped and gave out and it hurt for a while. Now sometimes when I do heavy weight on incline it starts aching a bit.
