I use the therabands for elbow health (tennis elbow) and I loath carry them around! Every time I'm walking with them I get that pit in my stomach because for some reason I feel like I'm holding a dildo...

Bro, i been using therabands for over 20 years and they work remarkably well (especially for rehabilitating injured shoulders and ankles).

Being 3 weeks out and then having massive 4-6k calorie binging and increasing t3 from 50mcg to 100 to try and counter it...then doing it all again 4 days later...hope im eating enough food/protein to not lose muscle on those days

i will not take a bite of food when watching tv if its a commercial. i either fast forward what im watching or if live i will channel surf to another show. cant eat during ads cuz food and tv are a shared experience and commercials fuck that up.
