I love Nathan's honesty – he's been using trenbolone nonstop for 19 years. This post isn't meant to be offensive – it's just a super honest video from an IFBB PRO, so I think it deserves its own thread on the forum.

Nathan is the ultimate definition of scouse meathead bodybuilder 😂😂 glad he made it so far! (That’s not even an insult btw but you’d probably need to be from the uk and know other bodybuilders from where he’s from for it to make sense)

I put the Tren down 3 weeks ago, I’ve been using 400-800 a week for 4 years straight. My body has been freaking out, can’t sleep, angry, sweats. I’m sure im just older and a wuss now. I’ve smiled a lot more as of late

Your body had probably become used the central nervous system stimulation. Do you feel tired and emotionally stagnant?

Absolutely, definitely have not been myself emotionally. Almost a hypo feeling and can absolutely not sleep. Figured it was going to be a bitch coming off but it’s definitely more pronounced than I thought it would be lol Tren is something else. Thinking I’ll maybe stick to NPP for a LONG while

I get this too. Coming off the tren is actually worse than starting it or being on it for me.

Have a feeling it alters dopamine, seratonin and maybe gaba in the brain, so when you stop, your body has to rebalance the chemicals in your brain—throwing your body for a psychological loop. That’s my theory anyways.

After a couple weeks things settle back to normal but those first couple weeks suck

I’ll never forget what Milos told me years ago- if you want to win a pro card and compete as a pro and win you’ll need to use tren to some degree year round. That doesn’t mean 600mg year round lol or all weeks. Or that it won’t take supplements, peptides and meds to offset.

But the further I get in this sport and my own experience, I really think there may be some truth to that. I’m sure the genetic elite and responders may be the exception, but I’d venture to say (and know) most guys are more like Nathan. Really love his transparency.

A few grams of tyrosine daily, theanine and magnesium will reset that very quickly when you come off.

I’ve been doing the theanine and magnesium. I’ll look into tyrosine now. I appreciate the recommendation

Tyrosine will get your dopamine back up. I usually suggest guys add it a week or two before coming off to make it a smooth transition.

Much respect to Nathan but I would have been bat shit crazy and in a insane asylum by now. Nothing makes me look better than Tren but the insomnia alone would end up breaking me.

Honestly, I've never had any bad experiences with tren, I stopped using it 3 years ago when I had some health problems and haven't used it since, but only on principle, not because it was doing something wrong with my blood tests etc. - I'm waiting for the opportunity when I want to look really great lol

Would P5P also be helpful here considering it converts amino acids into active neurotransmitters that may be suppressed?

I went a long time on tren in 2011-2013. I wasn’t on non stop but I was on it most of that time period from 50-100mg per day. I actually didn’t feel too bad subjectively but the sleep wasn’t great sometimes, I was always sweating, and my health was completely wrecked (high blood pressure that caused mild heart enlargement and I’m not talking about athlete’s heart). Had I been aggressively using health ancillaries at the time, I think I could have avoided a lot of damage but I simply didn’t know anything about that stuff back then (telmisartan, jardiance, supplements, etc). I got caught up in that trend on the internet where people were using high tren doses.

I don’t know how much tren Nathan has been using for 19 years or if he is taking any health preventative measures, but I would be fascinated to see his full bloodwork and heart scan results.

Yes it and can carnitine can help speed it up as well.
