Tren is the only steroid that gives me what people would consider a "steroid rage". I ran small amounts and large amounts over the years. Always the worst irritation and side affects of any other compount I have ever used. I will never touch it again.
 
He's half Filipino. I had a chat with him he joked he had one black calf and one Filipino calf. He's good guy as real as it gets

I’ll never forget what Milos told me years ago- if you want to win a pro card and compete as a pro and win you’ll need to use tren to some degree year round. That doesn’t mean 600mg year round lol or all weeks. Or that it won’t take supplements, peptides and meds to offset.

But the further I get in this sport and my own experience, I really think there may be some truth to that. I’m sure the genetic elite and responders may be the exception, but I’d venture to say (and know) most guys are more like Nathan. Really love his transparency.
So do they run the acetate when they’re running year-round, or switch to enanthate in the off-season?
 
The transparency in the industry just wild to me. These broccoli haired fucks eat it up like it’s candy and they truly expect just because “Enter your favorite pro” does X dose means that if they replicate then they have the potential to “go pro” or become and “influencer”
 
Well... I've written many times that I actually gained most of my muscle thanks to trenbolone.

In reality, trenbolone was something I used for 8-9 months a year with short breaks in between for the first 14-15 years of my steroid use.

Now I see that I don't need it at all to maintain my size, but I would definitely look much better if I used it. Therefore, now that I'm fully recovered, I don't think I'd decide to use it more often than once a year for a maximum of 6 weeks at a dose of 150-250mg, which used to be a dose I would have said was pointless, lol.
I guess I’ve had my head under a rock, because all of this is news to me. I’ll echo what I asked another post… Did you run acetate all year? Or Enanthate in the off-season? How high did you push things? This is very intriguing… Not that I’m going to do in it almost 50 years old, but intriguing!

The ones I know will generally use something like hex for about 8 weeks during a progressive phase and then bridge it back in 8 weeks out from a show in ace or enanthate.

One 16 week cycle I did with Milos started with hex for 5 weeks and then off for 6 and then tren e the remainder.

But going back to the genetic elite, I was speaking to Justin Compton and he never really went over 300mg about 8 weeks out from a show and only ran it one off season.

I’ve never run it in the off-season, and have used it less and less for contest prep for the last few years. Seven or eight years ago, I would plug it in at 16 weeks out. This year I didn’t plug it in until six weeks out… Wondering if I should reevaluate that.

At your age I wouldn’t unless it was 6 weeks run and you did all the items I listed in my latest tren thread at 100-150mg weekly tops.

While there’s nothing like it, it’s still a risky and tough compound.
 
I remember back when you had to earn info like this. Hell when I started working out you had to load and re rack weights and earn your way in the gym, then were introduced to steroids after you proved yourself. Then being in the inner circles you learned what doses people really take… different era I guess

wait… you had to get hazed in basically and load and unload people’s weight for them for info? Thats definitely interesting , but also Fuck that lol

Ahh ok that definitely makes sense. The powerlifting crews do run pretty tight

Especially the higher level gyms

You know what, man to be honest, I’ve used it in many different ways. Enanthate, acetate… In the off-season I often liked to mix them. For example, I’d do 300 mg of enanthate per week100 mg on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and on those same days add 50 mg of acetate.
In most of my off-season cycles, my total Tren dose was usually around 350–500 mg per week. Sometimes I went up to 700 mg, not gonna lie.

During contest prep, it was a different story I think never went below 700 mg per week, usually closer to 1 gram, and one time I even reached 1,400 mg. Of course, all that was totally unnecessary. I’m not saying Tren didn’t give me great results it did but I used way too much, too often. If I could go back, I’d do it very differently.

So I definitely don’t recommend that for you, especially at your age.

If I use it in prep again it will be 2-300mg weekly. More likely 200mg to be frank.

Tren flares up my asthma which keeps me away from it in most cases anyway.

My best friend and training partner (RIP) was 62. He spoke so highly of these amps lol.

Everyone says how much better it was than ugl tren
