Smucker's Rocks, and an option

OP- I agree with you on that "Smart Balance" stuff- I think they put flax seeds or something else in there to up the Omega 3 but it tastes terrible compared to real natural peanut butter.

Smuckers is my fav commercial, but Ralph's chain carries Laura Scudder's or somesuch which is just as good.

If you don't mind spending a little $$$, this place has amazing quality products- I've gotten the Cashew Butter and the Macadamia Nut-Cashew Butter and they are pretty tasty IMO.

I like smuckers myself....

A lot of them have the same macro nutrients. Most are 2 tablespoons = 9 grams of protien, 16 grams of fat and i can't remember the carb's off the top off my head. SO....

At least all that I've seen....

Parker's Natural Peanut Butter is hands down the best I've tried. It's in a plastic tub in the refrigerated section. No mixing necessary.

I completely agree. I refuse to by any other peanut butter at this point. Absolutely love this stuff.
