Natural estrogen control?

So I just got on Dr. prescribed TRT. We are honing in my total test dosage and he upped me to 200 mg.

I am naturally, very estrogen, sensitive and carrying a ton of extra body fat. He would not prescribe me an AI without doing blood work. I am getting gyno symptoms, but I truly believe losing the body fat and doing every day injections. Might get me by with no AI.

I have nova on hand and some Aromasin however, Im trying not to take it, especially that I need to do blood work in another several weeks i want the levels to show as true as possible

Just wondering if there are any natural remedies to balance out test to estrogen ratios. I don’t want the gyno to progress

I feel like you answered your own question. Im no doctor, but from my observations on being on aas forums since 2004, I see a common theme that guys who claim they are estrogen sensitive are carrying alot of bf (15% +). This is especially true with guys who have problems even with small dosages.

What is your plan to lose bf? Imo fix the root cause vs worrying about anti es
 
If you want to take a natural product and get drug like effects then your future blood test results will not be as true as possible.
As far as DIM, calcium-D-glucarate, and sulforaphane, resveratrol etc. They do nothing for my E2 levels.
Loosing weight and eating healthy are likely the best choices for lowering E2 levels naturally.
Once a week or daily injections leave me with the same E2 levels.
If you feel something but the mammary glands aren't growing then the feeling is likely justy in your head, as people focus on what they think is happening.
Only blood tests will show what works.

Very strict diet and training again hormone regulation and a small dose of triz but i may drop it

I Let myself go since covid Health longevity and body comp are now my main focus. I can’t push the ped anymore so i want to see if i can at least get shredded and healthy

Oh no. I know it’s growing. I can see and feel it. I’ve always had a lil gyno but it’s flaring
 
If you’re convinced it is growing, getting your E2 checked on your own is a no brainer, especially if you’re waiting to take an AI based on the number.

You can easily lower your dose as well. If what he prescribed is producing too much sides, you are probably taking more than you need. You can easily lower the dose on your own and pin ED until you are at a good spot. He doesnt need to know you are taking less. If anything, taking less than what he thinks you are taking will let you stockpile. The only trt clinic I ever used years ago would charge me same $$ monthly regardless of whether it was 100mg/wk or 200. I never even took what they prescribed and stockpiled vials with my name on them so I can travel without worry
 
Something Emeric taught me long ago, small daily injections can make a big difference. Of course you will need to do blood work to see if it's working for you since all these things can vary per individual.
 
It’s your excess body fat that’s causing the aromatization issues. Drop the fat using a slow and steady approach and those estrogen levels will subside gradually. Add 30-45 min on LISS cardio daily!

In the mean time you’re on the right path by lowering your weekly dosage. Once you get below 15% BF you shouldn’t run into these issues.

Look into strategies to mitigate adipocytes (adipose tissue) inflammatory signaling. By and large these would be pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-a, IL-6, and IL-1ß. These pesky obesity driven cytokines can upregulate aromatase expression in adipocyte.

Pondering areas to venture into that are purposed to hit the aforementioned pathways -glp-1ra, curcumin, metformin and a little ASA all could help tame down those inflammatory pathways.

I don't even think its that complicated, just eat good foods, create a deficit to get under 10 percent (less food, more energy expenditure). go from there. Bloodwork too as others said.

10 percent is gonna take a while but it’s my goal. Starting to feel better already.
