The old ECA stack used to help a little bit. But all there is now in the u.s is the ephedra alkaloids that come in a low dose. It dosnt hold a candle to the stuff we used to get in the 90's. Iv heard it still exists in Europe. I'd like sum just to start the day off out in the woods killing trees. Always got killer energy rush from that stuff and had unbelievable lung capacity when I took it. Anybody remember the old "MINI THINS" ? Lol

We can still get Ephedrine Sulfate down here in Louisiana as Bronkade.
i it with caffeine and yohimbine hcl for the old ECY stack , clen makes me feel like shit so i stay away from it.

I take bronkaid as well. It takes like 4 of them to give me any energy at all thou. How much yohimbine do you add?

I take 1/2 a Bronkaid (12.5mg)
1/2/ a caffeine tablet (100mg)
2 Yohimbine HCL caps (5mg)

That basically half a dose , I take that ever 3-4 hrs between meals when dieting as it gives some energy and suppresses appetite.

I try to take the minimum amount of anything that still gives results

Although i like 200 caff and 1 full bronkaid. Have yet to try Yohim with it yet which i will do soon.

I also only like it once per day in the morning during intermittent fasting.

The inj Res/Curc combo was very good for fat burning/partitioning i noticed.

The funny thing is when I started taking them I hadn't used stims for over a year but I needed that much to get going, I was training for the fire fighter test at the time and I had gotten really fat and out of shape working two jobs. that was over a year ago, I lost 40 pounds after a while.

this could be in my head but
I usually take vitamin D 5000-10,000 but might have stopped taking it for a while. However I really upped my vitamin D the last week or two to make up for what I missed over the past few months and started taking it with fish oil again and I must be at the top of the range now, because all of sudden smaller doses of stims are making me extremely nervous. Either that or its in my head, But I think in the past I remember while taking alcar and Vitamin D stims went much further for me and even made me feel really uncomfortable at times.
