Hi,
Just wondering a few things as I've been considering starting a basic cycle to speed up my process..
Throughout highschool I was in great shape and had better maxes than I do now after training for over 2 years, granted I trained for 6-7 years back then. I've been keeping up with a good diet, I can control my weight and body fat to where I want them, but my strength is coming back incredibly slowly... It's incredibly frustrating and at this point I'm considering speeding up the process with a cycle or two. I don't want to be huge, I'm not really that big into bodybuilding, I just want to be strong again.
Right now I'm 5'9, 190lbs at 10%bf in my mid 20s, just about over with a cut. LP really isn't working on all my lifts, I can pick one I want to do LP on and then I just hope the others progress at a very meticulous rate. I know what I could do before and it just seems like it's taking a long time to get there. Is there any opinion on if a cycle or two would help? Or would I just lose everything when I came off even with proper PCT, nutrition and training? Anyone else have experience with this?
Thanks in advance for the input, negative or positive, I know some people will probably give me shit for even asking these questions but I really would like them answered by someone with experience.
