That's exactly why I don't vote- You're just shuffeling the same shit around and it doesn't make a difference who is in office because for the most part- only shitty people desire that much power and have the required sleazyness to get elected in the first place and by the time they make it into office they owe so many favors they are repaying the favors and not serving the people. I've seen this before but still thanks for posting it.

i knew their was somthing amiss , those numbers would be WAY higher if it were from the NBA or NFL.

Isn't it amazing though that percentage wise or "leaders" are much bigger criminals than normal folks

Thats 4 or 5 years old but i'm sure the stats are timeless, from Rome to our founding fathers to modern times- politicians suck. Most know that almost all of our politicians are lawyers. Ben Franklin suggested that lawyers not be allowed to hold public office, because of the moral standards of lawyers- what does it say about the integrity of some one who will believe whatever you pay them to believe. He was ahead of his time. The real tragedy is that we don't even blink about any of this, we just expect out politicians to be crooked.
