Necessary to cut all fats around insulin while bulking?

I always thought it was necessary to cut any fats for like 3 hours after a humalog shot... Is that really needed when bulking? Like after a show for instance?

Ok thanks but do you reduce them at all? Do you follow a moderate fat diet like 20 g per meal or so? I was thinking of using 5 ius 3 x day and gradually increase to 10 ius 3x per day. Is that similar to what youre doing?

I havent done insulin in 6 months cause I felt I didnt want to be any fatter before starting my contest diet... Now that my contest is Saturday, Im just planning my next bulk phase with insulin in the mix.

I was wondering the same thing, I'm on low fats as it is (like 60g/day tops) so I don't think it would be too big of a deal.

Well that simple statement just changed my whole mindframe on slin.

Gotta do some more research now.

I usually just run slin preworkout

But if I can use it for a hard bulk without too much unwanted gains.... then Im all for it.

While i know that you are a very good bb, this is not true. Insulin shuttle fatty acids too. My question is more in the line of will keeping fat after using insulin make you very fat fast?

insulin PROMOTES the conversion of glucose to glycogen, fatty acids and triglycirides...
it also prevents lipolysis

let any idiot take 20 iu of humalog, then "slam" 200-300 grams of carbs, plus 50-80 grams of protein... and when he gets fat, he'll tell you that he got fat from the trace fats in the carbs and protein because "insulin transports fatty acids to fat cells"...

you take too much glucose, you'll get fat
you eat a meal with 40% fat, but that meal is only 200 cals when you need 250-300 cals at the time, andyou'll probably gain some muscle and lose some fat.

Best results with insulin is when i eat small(ish) meals with 13-18 grams of fat in them. 30-50 grams of carbs.
