the easy part is working out. diet and supplementation is the hard part. with afew words of advice thru email or phone a traienr here can tell you how to get your form right and can go in depth with you about diet.

honestly, i was thinking about going with shelby. not saying phil isnt a good trainer is past career proves how good he is. curious on how he would of been right now if he was still competing.
I don't think you could go wrong with any of the guys here , I've very hapy with Alex A and will certainly use him again , I would like to be able to hire Shelby and Phil and a couple other guys here that all have differant styles if for no other reason but to learn from them as they all seem to be slightly differant in their thinking on what works.
All of Phil's clients saying how much money they are saving on food by hiring him yet they all seem to grow well and get leaner , he definatly is doing somthing right.
Shelby has had guys both add alot of quality size as well as drop tons of BF% , he obviously has somthing going on also
Alex , has a reputation for getting just about anybody ripped.
I suggest you chat with them all and see what your goals are and who thinks they can help you out
