Please advice. I want to go to the gym, but do not want to use heavy drugs. Can you recommend how to gain weight fast? Can you give some advice on nutrition and vitamins?

Eat, eat, lift heavy, light cardio, also make sure you get on a high quality protein weight gainer, and possibly use some sarms

Yeah get into the lifestyle start making healthy choices with food learn about nutrition and proper training methods .enjoy the newbie gains they come quick and forget about performance enhancement for at least 3 years min.

Keep it simple squat, press, deadlift, bench 4 days a week one each day then you can mess around with curls and extensions or what ever you like build a good base for yourself pay attention to form squat low! check out starting strenght by mark rippitoe do that for 6-12 months then train to suit your goals bodybuilding, powerlifting, strongman whatever floats your boat. Also Eat,eat, eat,eat then eat some more. Keep carbs before and after training to keep the fat gain low dont worry about getting lean till you decide what you like.

Train hard (do research), but it seems you're looking for supplemental advice? If so-
***Weight gainers/long acting proteins
*Pine pollen (anabolic)
Maral (anabolic adaptogen)
*Suma (works great for me)
LGI secretabridge (also great)
**Beef aminos
*1 andro (transdermal preferably)
4 andro
Epicatichen
**Good multi!

And of COURSE a good diet. *MUST have proper diet to grow. And at your age nutrient timing is also of importance.
